Cancellation & Refund Policy

Neha Creation are providing both Services and products of Mandala and policy is different for both. 

The Cancellation, Refunds and Returns Policy for the sake of convenience the ‘Refunds Policy’ here deals with how any booking or order placed with is managed. This policy applies to any of the Services availed through this website i.e. the Services that you may use.  We may change the provisions of this Refunds Policy at any time and will indicate when changes are made by revising the date of this policy. We encourage you to review this policy whenever you access the Services to stay informed about our information practices.

A booking once done is not refundable nor transferable.

Where the booking done is for a product purchase if any as in a merchandise for example, the Customer can opt to cancel a booking/ order within one (1) hour of placing the same either online or by calling the customer service and receive refund of advance paid if any. This is not applicable for Express delivery orders since those are processed and shipped immediately.

 Products returns will be accepted when: a. the package has been altered/ damaged in transit; or b. Incorrect/ wrong items were delivered against the order; or c. unacceptable delay in delivering the order.
